Our new users will find the process of getting started much easier with version 3.15. We've added a notebook with tasks that makes it easy to explore different features of your new paper tablet. Let your creativity run wild with our new writing tool, the shader, designed for drawing, layering, and blending, adding depth to your sketches and visualizations. You can now also select all handwritten notes below a certain point on the page, making it easier to include annotations in the margins without the need for endless scrolling.

In terms of security, you can now set a device passcode that is four, six, or eight digits long, offering you a balance between convenience and security. We value your privacy as much as you do, so we have made sure that your data is always safe and private on your paper tablet.

Lastly, we have made numerous minor tweaks to enhance the overall user experience and ensure your data stays private. We've also introduced a self-reset feature for unresponsive reMarkable Paper Pros via the settings in the desktop app.
